佐々木 達郎　SASAKI Tatsuro 酒数奇者（さけすきしゃ） 旨し酒、佳き肴、粋な器。その三位一体の悦楽を設える「酒器道楽」を主宰。蔵元でのイベントや懐石料理人とのユニット、古民家や料理屋での日本酒の会、茶人や花人、ギャラリーとのコラボレーションなど小粋な宴を多数開催。おとなの、乙な所作を通して、日本酒の魅力と器遣いの愉しみを伝えます。その真髄は酒席十二相に在り。日常は「いま粋」で「日々是逍遥」

たとえお茶の心得が無かろうとも、名前くらいは誰しもが聞いたことのある「千利休」と「古田織部」。 近年では漫画『へうげもの』(山田芳裕・講談社)によって脚光を浴びた二人の偉人は 激動の戦乱の世の中で茶の湯を通じて全く異なる新しい流行を生み出し、後世に影響を残しました。 師匠と弟子の関係でもある二人の追い求めた世界観を音楽で表現するとすれば、 利休は重低音が地を這い鮮烈なギターリフが鳴り響く「ロック/クラシック」。 対する織部は軽妙洒脱で自由な発想で人を魅了する「ニューウェイブ/ジャズ」。 それぞれの打ち立てた美学が今なお茶の湯の世界のみならず、日本の美の象徴ともされています。 白白庵での個展は二度目となる寺田鉄平は、新しい織部焼の旗手として高い評価を得ていますが、 その世界観に通底するのは堂々とした重低音、つまりは利休的な「ロック/クラシック」の系譜でもあります。 軽やかさと奥深さ、オーセンティックとアヴァンギャルドが共存し、 焼き物初心者からベテラン茶人や数奇者まで魅了してやまない、瀬戸の若大将。 しなやかな構えから放たれる咆哮は、新たなる焼き物の美学の誕生を予感させます。

In recent years, the manga "Hyouge-mono" (YAMADA Yoshihiro, Kodansha) has brought these two great men, Rikyu and Oribe, into the limelight. In the turbulent world of warfare, both of them created a new and completely different trend through the tea ceremony and left their influence on future generations. If I were to use music to express the worldview pursued by these two men, who were a master and its disciple, I would say Rikyu's music is "rock/classic" with heavy bass and intense guitar riffs. On the other hand, Oribe's music is "new wave/jazz" that attracts people with its lightness, stylishness, and free ideas. The aesthetics established by each of them are still considered to be a symbol of Japanese beauty, not only in the world of the tea ceremony. TERADA Teppei, who is holding his second solo exhibition at PAKUPAKUAN, is highly regarded as a standard-bearer of new Oribe ware. His world view is based on the imposing bass sound, that is, the Rikyu-style "rock/classic" lineage. Both "Lightness and depth" and "authenticity and avant-garde" coexist in his world. He is the young master of Seto, Aichi prefecture, who attracts everyone from pottery beginners to experienced tea masters. The roar emitted from his flexible stance foreshadows the birth of a new pottery aesthetic.
