一階茶室にて、今展の開催を記念して行う茶会。「稀晶石」とは、木ノ戸久仁子が作る人工の石であり作品の根幹です。
日頃から木ノ戸と親交の深い画家・大槻香奈が今展のために描きおろす作品をしつらえ、自身が亭主役を務めます。

三 年 に 及 ぶ 「 世 界 石 化 計 画 」 （2 0 2 0 - 2 0 2 2 ） に よ っ て 、
気 づ け ば 私 た ち の 身 近 な 事 物 は 、 数 多 く 石 化 し つ つ あ る 。
や が て 訪 れ る 現 代 の 「 石 器 時 代 」 を ど う 生 き る べ き か 。
そ も そ も 、 来 る べ き 「 石 器 時 代 」 は
人 類 と 地 球 に と っ て 何 度 目 の 出 来 事 な の か 。
連 綿 と 続 く 石 と 人 類 、 自 然 と 人 工 の 歴 史 の 上 に
折 り 重 な る 「 い つ か の 石 器 時 代 」 の 証 を 、
そ の 目 と 手 で お 確 か め 下 さ い 。


With the three-year "The world petrification plan" (2020-2022),
we have realized that many things around us are becoming petrified.
How should we live in the modern "Stone Age" that’s soon to come?
First and foremost, how many "Stone Ages" have mankind and the earth witnessed before?
We invite you to see with your own eyes and hands the evidence of the “Sometime, The Stone Age",
layered upon the unbroken history of stone and humanity, nature and artifice.
