絵画を器に見立て、
絵付けをするように
日々制作をしています。
人生を通して模様集めの旅。
心強く惹かれる、自分にとっての
理想郷のような景色と、
器の絵付け装飾模様を
重ね響き合わせます。
むせ返るほどの模様の数々で
絵画空間が飽和し、
模様と図像が溶け合い、
新たな現象を起こします。
I approach painting as if the canvas were a vessel,
adorning it as though applying ceramic decoration.
My life has been a journey of collecting patterns.
I am fascinated by the scenery that is like a utopia for me,
and the decorative patterns I paint are superimposed and echoed together.
As countless patterns accumulate, almost to the point of being overwhelming,
the pictorial space becomes saturated.
Patterns and images merge,
dissolving into each other and giving rise to new phenomena
