田村一展『fetishism』の開催に併せ、一階茶室にて特別なおもてなしの茶会を実施。
田村作品に潜む呪物崇拝的な要素と、官能的・倒錯的な側面を視覚だけでなく味覚や触覚でも感じ、
フェティシズムと美術・工芸の接点を作家を交えながらお話しします。
お菓子は青山・紅谷による、創意工夫を凝らした今回限定のオリジナル和菓子を用意。

お馴染み酒数奇者・佐々木達郎による、日本酒と器のテイスティング会。
今回は田村一の酒器・酒盃を用いて、 旬のお酒をお召し上がりいただきます。
佐々木推奨の日本酒は毎回３種を用意。 作家や参加者同士の会話も弾む、楽しい時間を。
予約不要、順次入れ替え制ですので、気軽にお立ち寄りの上でご参加ください！

Fetishism
1) Cursed object worship, object god worship
Cursed worship of artifacts and natural processes found in primitive religions.
2) A kind of sexual perversion.
A strong sexual obsession with parts of the human body, clothing, shoes, or ornaments.

秋田在住の陶芸家・田村一による白白庵での恒例の個展も今回で８回目を迎えます。
一貫して官能的・有機的な造形と、独自の釉薬の調合による色彩表現を発展させ、
実用と鑑賞の両面で多くのファンを魅了する作家が、今年も新作を披露します。
雪国・秋田の工房は冬には雪深く、春から夏には山菜も収穫できる里山に在ります。
人が自然を畏怖し、四季の流れに同調し、まるで契りを結ぶかのように
田村一の作品は土着の祈りを吸い上げ、人為の美を咲かせてみせるのです。

This is the eighth solo exhibition by AKITA-based ceramic artist TAMURA Hajime at PAKUPAKUAN.
The artist, who has consistently developed his sensual and organic forms and color expression through his unique glaze formulations, has attracted many fans in terms of both practical use and appreciation, and will be showing his new works again this year.
His studio in AKITA, a snow country, is located in a mountainous area where there is deep snow in winter and wild vegetables can be harvested in spring and summer.
As if in awe of nature and in tune with the flow of the four seasons, TAMURA Hajime’s works absorb the prayers of the indigenous people and bloom with human-made beauty.
